Denali National Park: Trees at the campsite

What caught my eyes, other than the spruce all around, were the trees with 'shivering' leaves - every time the wind would blow through these trees, the smooth edged leaves would almost 'shiver' and do a little dance. No wonder then, that these are called the 'quaking' aspen.

And others, laden with cones...

I also like the contrast between pale trunk and green-and-silver leaves on the quaking aspen.
