Very few trees are as elegant and attractive in flower as Jacaranda. As a result they've been moved around the world, and in some places, e.g., South Africa, they are invasive because those little winged seeds really disperse. It reminds me a great deal of Paulownia, the princess tree, in flower, and it too is an invasive problem in the SE USA.
