It looks like what we call the Fried Egg Tree, Oncoba spinosa. I have seen them growing in South Florida.
Yes, as Grower Jim has said it is the Fried Egg Tree. I have not seen it, but I browse the flowersofindia site so often that the name caught my eye, and the name seems so apt. http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Fried%20Egg%20Tree.html
It is also known as the Swawa Tree, the Wawa tree, the Snuff Box tree
