I am jealous that your public parks have roses - ours tend to be just lawn and trees - and even more so that they have them in January, when we are covered in snow and ice.
Amazing Roses... we had the Annual Rose n Gladioli show @ NBRI, recently here in Lko. Its was a huge crowd puller and had some of the most beautiful roses n Gladioli n arrangements on display.
