Nature is my religion

Said philanthropist Enid Haupt; and I'm so glad it was as it led her to contribute to the creation of the beautifully serene Enid Haupt gardens in Washington D.C.
The gardens cover about 4 acres and are made of three distinct styles,  the moon gate garden near the Asian gallery of art,  the central Victorian parterre style in front of the Smithsonian castle and the fountain garden near the African art gallery .

The garden has the ethereal silver bell tree (halesia monticola) that is full of flowers at this time of the year
