Yes I recognise the monsoonal downfall. The Poincianas looked drenched.

They say the leaves of the Rain Tree ( isn't that the one in the picture?)turn down when they sense rain in the air. Is it true? They are down in the rain here.

@radha- i'll keep an eye open the next time. i've seen that they are closed when it rains, am not sure if that happens before the rain starts or after. i wont be surprised though if it happens before - the leaves of the raintree close every night, they seem to know that it is time to get some rest!
