Coreopsis tinctoria

The Flowers of India website identifies this as the Golden Coreopsis (Coreopsis tinctoria). It is a native of North America. Beautiful isn't it?!

That is the gaillardia, or Arizona painted daisy. It is supposed to be a perennial here, but I did not find that to be true in my garden.
